Volatile oil (guajanolides: matricin - a chamazulene precurzor, bisaboloides: α - bisabolol, bisbololoxide A, bisabololoxide B and spiroethers: trans- a cis). Flavonoids (apigenin, apigenin -7-glucoside, quercetine, glycosides of luteolin). Coumarins, tannins and mucilages.
Anti-inflammatory agent (anti-flogisticum), anti-spasmolytic agent (spasmolyticum), anti-flatulence agent (carminativum), astrigent agent (adstringens), weak sweating agent (diaforeticum), anti-septic agent. Internal use: gastric and intestinal disorders with spasm, in case of diarrhoea and inflammatory diseases of urinary tract. Weak sweating agent for cold and influenza treatment and for upper respiratory tract diseases. External use:for gargling in case of inflammatory diseases of mouth cavity and pharynx (excluding atrophic inflammation), for supporting treatment of chronic inflammation of gum (gingivitis) and periodontic inflammations (parodontitis), for thrush treatment. For inhalation in case of upper respiratory tract diseases. An enema for intestine catarrhs. Ingredient for bath in case of haemorrhoids, acute eczema, itching skin diseases and eczema in rectum area. For ablutions of wounds and eyes.

In some of sensitive persons in case of external applications the contact allergic reactions can be noticed. Dosage: Internal use: tea preparation – pour three teaspoons into 250 ml of warm water. Gargle and inhalation solution preparation : pour three teaspoons into 250 ml of lukewarm water. Mouth wash: pour three teaspoons into 250 ml of cold water. Compress and bath preparation: pour 100 ml into 1 liter of lukewarm water.
The product must be stored in tightly closed original glass containers in temperature range from +5 °C to+ 25 °C in darkness.
